Excellent service, delightful spa treatments offered for relaxation and rejuvenation

The Vinpearl Hotel Quang Binh exceeded our expectations with breathtaking views, luxurious rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. The spa services were a delightful touch adding to our peaceful getaway.

The hot water in the room was less than satisfactory. it didn’t quite hit the mark for warmth. I encountered issues with the dining options—some meals, like the pizza, tasted like a frozen version and weren’t as enjoyable as hoped. With few nearby eateries, we had to rely on the hotel’s dining, which made it disappointing when the food fell short.

The location is fantastic with a market and numerous restaurants surrounding the hotel. A Vincom shopping mall right next door. The views from the room overlooking the river were breathtaking. My deluxe room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an impressive selection of pillows and an in-room mini bar that was a nice touch. The indoor pool is a highlight, even though it gets crowded with kids practicing from 5pm daily. Breakfast was a standout feature, with a wide variety of both international and local food options that really added to the experience. Service was friendly. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and the staff, particularly Ms Nhan and Ms Thuong, were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. there were areas for improvement. Some staff displayed less-than-ideal attitudes at times. Room service took a long time, and the food freshness left something to be desired. I also noticed the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom were dirty, affecting the stunning views. there was a charge to access the sauna, which didn’t sit well with me. It's clear there’s potential for this to be a top-notch hotel, but better training and attention to cleanliness could elevate it significantly.

What a lovely spot! The brekkie was a proper spread, and the view from my room was just breathtaking, overlooking the river. Chommies at reception were super helpful, made the whole check-in process sharp-sharp.

Only issue was the pool was closed for maintenance, which was a bummer as I was keen to take a dip.

The room offered stunning views of the river, and it was immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet stood out, with an impressive variety of options, making our mornings delightful. We particularly enjoyed the heated indoor pool, despite it getting busy in the evenings. it was a lovely stay, as we felt well catered to.

We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Deluxe Room with City View for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The tour guide was fantastic and made our experience unforgettable!
